Refund policy

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only. You have 14 days from delivery to exchange an item for a different design.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• To start an exchange, email bigfoothatclips@gmail.com with your order number and the design you'd like instead.
• The buyer pays shipping to return the item to us. Once we receive it, we'll ship your exchange.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement free of charge.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on returned items. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
